May 23, Galkote- A person has provided land worth of millions of rupees to Nepal Electricity Authority, Baglung Distribution Centre, free of cost. Chudamani Sharma of Galkot municipality-4 donated more than 2 ropanis of land worth Rs 10 million rupees to the Centre for the establishment of Galkot sub-branch.

He donated the land located at Galkot municipality-2 in memory of his father late Dandapani Sharma. Centre Chief Kapilraj Pandey said that the Centre is going to establish its sub-branch for the first time in the district in view of the facility to service recipients. Pandey said that they would start the construction of the building of sub-branch immediately.

The compulsion of service seekers of the western part of Baglung visiting the centre for the different services would be ended after the establishment of the sub-branch.
