13 June, Kalaiya,- An Indian manual worker with an industry died of electric shock on Sunday, District Police Office, Bara said.
35 – year – old Dasarath Prasad Yadav working at a poultry feed production industry at Simara – Jitpur Sub Metropolitan City – 8 was electrocuted in course of his work.
Yadav was fetching water to process the feed when he got entangled up in electric wire. He died on the spot.
Tractor driver killed
Meanwhile, a tractor driver was killed on the spot after getting rammed by a truck at 12 KM area along the Mahendra Highway on Sunday, District Police Office, Bara said.
The west-bound truck (Na 5 Kha 5882) struck the tractor (Ja 1 Ta 5239) coming from the opposite direction killing its driver, Bhojendra Sah, 35, of Sarlahi.
In the accident, assistant tractor driver, Raj Kishor Sah, 34, was seriously injured. He is undergoing treatment in Birgunj. The driver has been taken under control by the Area Police Office, Nijgadh.
