27 Aug, Parsa-Minister for Urban Development Prabhu Shah has said that the government projects have not been completed on time for failure to implement the reward and punishment policy.
Speaking at an interaction by his ministry in Birgunj today, Minister Shah said the Ministry will now begin the system of rewarding the contractors and project-related staff for completing their project targets on time and then punishing those failing to do so.
He also directed the office chiefs to inform the locals about the government projects operating in their respective districts.
