15 Oct, Pokhara : Keshav Sharan Lamichhane has been elected the Chair of Random Readers Society, Nepal. The Society has been active to promote the reading culture.

The 5th convention of the Society that concluded here on Saturday elected a 10-member working committee led by journalist Lamichhane for a term of two years.
Rupindra Prabhawi was elected the Vice-chair, Anupmani Adhikari the Secretary, Bijaya Bhandari the Treasurer and Suraj Upadhyaya the Joint Secretary. Meera Dhakal, Dhruva KC, Khim Lamichhane, Alpagyani and Nepal Prakash Adhikari have been elected the members of the committee.
On the occasion, journalist Lamichhane, who remains active as journalist and also in the literary field, pledged to work to enhance the stature of the society.
