26 Nov, Ilam : The Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon) has given permission to Panchakanya Mai Hydropower Company to issue initial public offerings (IPOs) for the local affected people.

The Company will issue 1.1 million ordinary shares for the affected locals at Sandakpur rural municipality and Ilam Municipality, said executive director for the Company Santosh Kumar Pradhan. The price for each share is set at Rs 100.
The company’s share promoters Nabil Investment Banking Limited and Sunrise Capital Limited will inform about the IPO issuance, said Pradhan.
