Nawalpur, The assignment of blacktopping in the eastern part of the Narayangarh-Butwal street stretch along the East-West Thruway has picked up speed.
Blacktopping has finished in 18.5 kilometers out of 65 kilometers from Gaidnakot to Daunne in the eastern area.
As per contract director of the China State Development Designing Organization Restricted Rakesh Jha, one side blacktopping with sub-base, development of enormous extensions and walls along the street stretch and stream banks is being done.
He informed me that street extension works are being done in a manner to finish one-side blacktopping in the 42-km segment in the next two months.
He shared that emphasis has been laid on speeding up the development of enormous designs along the street.
“Four out of five kilometers in Daunne have been extended by cutting the mountain region,” she said, adding, “Works are being assisted to finish soil cutting in the leftover one-kilometer segment in the next month.”.
Presently, the street development has picked up speed from Bhedabari to Jharahi khola of Gandakot, as well as in Rajahar of Devchuli, Danda Market of Kawaswoti, and Kawaswoti Marketplace.
