22 April, Ghorahi – A person died and two other were injured in a motorbike accident at Lamahi in Dang at around 12.00 last night. The accident took place when a motorbike (Ra 3 Pa 795) en route to west from east collided with (Na 6 Kha 9167) at Lamahi municipality-7, Banghusri along the East-West Highway. Lalu Chaudhary, 22, of Lamahi municipality-7 died in the incident. Chaudhary breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Lamahi Hospital in Dang this morning, said Binod Bikram Shah, Deputy Superintendant of Police (DSP) of Dang. Ashish Chaudhary, 16, a pillion rider and Prakash Ghartimagar, 13, of Lamahi municipality-3, Majgaun were taken to Banke-based Medical College Kohalpur, police said.
