Of those 4 million confirmed cases, there have been more than 406,115 deaths linked to the disease. More than 345,9987 are verified to have fully recovered after contracting the disease.
The United States remains the country with both the most number of confirmed cases and the most deaths linked to the disease. The U.S. has more than 2 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the country alone, and more than 112,469 people have died of the disease.
