Kathmandu. Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited held a staff fundraising program “Home Run 2023” for its sustainability initiative “Future makers by Standard Chartered” where around 200 staff participated by walking, running and cycling across a ~11 km route covering the bank’s branches in Naxal, New-road and New Baneshwor.

Future makers by Standard Chartered is the bank’s global initiative to tackle inequality and promote greater economic inclusion for young people in our communities. The funds raised through the event will be used for Future makers-related CSR projects in Nepal.

While inaugurating the event, CEO Anirvan Ghosh Dastidar expressed his gratitude to the staff members for coming together for this noble cause which would help empower the next generation to learn, earn and grow.
