Dec 10, Chitwan (RSS): Krishna Bhakta Pokharel, the common candidate of the leftist alliance, has become victorious for the member of the House of Representatives from Chitwan constituency-2 by securing 44,670 votes.
His closest rival Shesh Nath Adhikari of the Nepali Congress garnered 27, 314 votes.
Similarly, CPN (UML) candidate Surendra Pandey is leading the vote count in constituency-1 and CPN (Maoist Centre) candidate Pushpa Kamal Dahal is ahead in constituency-3 in the district.
