Just yesterday, Israel intensified its airstrikes in the Gaza Strip, launching a missile attack on a densely populated residential area in Gaza City.  Health officials have warned that hundreds of patients could die if power is cut off in Gaza hospitals as fuel supplies run out due to an Israeli blockade.

According to the Gaza Health Ministry, at least 105 Palestinians, including seven aid seekers, have been killed and 530 injured in Israeli attacks on Gaza in the past 24-hour reporting period.

According to the Gaza Health Ministry, at least 57,575 people have been killed and 136,879 injured in Israel’s war in Gaza.

For the past 77 years, since 1948, the Palestinian region has been devastated by wars and conflicts that began after American imperialism established a Jewish settlement in the Palestinian territory, renamed it Israel, and displaced the indigenous Palestinians.

After the end of World War II, Jews came from Europe and settled in Palestine. After the establishment of Israel, Jews scattered around the world began to settle in Israel and displace the Palestinian people. The father of the current Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is a Jew who came to Israel from Poland. The Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and the eastern part of Jerusalem, which fell to Palestine in the 1948 partition, have been under Israeli occupation since 1967. The United States is working on a plan to forcibly remove the Palestinian people from their land and annex the entire territory of Palestine to Israel. Both the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948 and its subsequent expansion by the Jews are unjust. The Palestinian people have been waging a long struggle against Israel to regain their lost land, and that just struggle is still ongoing.

Israel has built 160 illegal settlements in the West Bank and Gaza Strip since its invasion in 1967. Last September, the United Nations passed a resolution calling for the removal of illegal settlements in the area and for compensation.

Palestinians have been forced to flee their homeland due to wars and conflicts waged by Israel, which directly interfere with the sovereignty of another country. The wars and conflicts have so far forced millions of Palestinian refugees to leave their homeland. Palestinian citizens and their descendants, who fled or were expelled from their country, villages or homes during the 1948 Palestine War and the 1967 Six-Day War. Most Palestinian refugees live in or near 68 Palestinian refugee camps in Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. In 2019, more than 5.6 million Palestinian refugees were registered with the United Nations.

Of these, it is estimated that more than half a million Palestinians have fled the wars and conflicts in the Middle East and become refugees in European countries.

Israel has killed nearly 5,7525 unarmed Palestinians in the last war it has waged since October 7, 2023. Nearly 20,000 of those killed were children and students. Nearly 1,600 doctors, health workers, and nurses treating patients have been killed in hospital areas alone.

Israel has continuously bombed Palestine and the Gaza Strip, destroying more than 2,000 public schools, health hospitals, and residential homes, and hundreds of development infrastructures. Imperialist Israel has waged a war with the aim of genocide in Palestinian cities, uprooting the human population from there, and maintaining its grip on the region. Palestinian land has been devastated by the bombardment. Agricultural land has been destroyed by the bombardment. Water and irrigation have all been destroyed. Humanitarian aid, food supplies, medicine, and movement have been restricted.

Israel is not fighting a war in Palestine alone. It has the full support of imperialist America. America is trying to establish Israel’s hold on the entire Middle East.

Israel is attacking Palestine with the direct instigation and military support of American imperialism, while the US and Israel have recently jointly attacked Iran, which has been expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people. The US, which has a large military force, has deployed more than 200,000 soldiers through 800 military camps in 180 countries. In this context, the US has set up military camps in countries including Qatar in the Middle East to maintain its dominance over the entire Middle East.

The United Nations has passed several resolutions to establish peace in the Palestinian territories and to end the war and conflict in the region. However, neither the United States nor Israel has respected the United Nations resolutions. Thus, against this kind of neglectful policy of the imperialist United States and the interventionist policy of Israel, the United Nations General Assembly voted on the resolution submitted by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) against Israel on September 19. According to the resolution, Israel had to vacate the Palestinian territories where 700,000 Israelis had settled by building 160 Israeli settlements within a year. The resolution was passed by an overwhelming majority with 124 out of 193 member states of the United Nations voting in favor of the resolution.

Meanwhile, a United Nations report released on June 30 revealed that more than 60 multinational corporations supplied weapons to the massacres in the occupied West Bank and Gaza.

The Council meeting saw the continuation of the war in Palestine as an even more lucrative opportunity for arms manufacturers and suppliers to engage in genocide, even though they had long been profiting from the economy of occupation. These multinational companies have been instrumental in producing weapons, killing Palestinians, demolishing homes, establishing illegal Israeli settlements in these areas, and directly or indirectly supporting the occupation of Palestinian land.

Meanwhile, the UN Human Rights Council has called on member states to impose sanctions on such wars, violence, arms exports, and supplies, and to suspend trade and investment agreements with Israel.

ultinational companies involved in violations of international law are urged to be held accountable. The occupation of Palestine and any activity involving the use or possession of weapons and equipment used for occupation are considered international crimes under the Rome Statute.

The airstrikes carried out by the imperialist US and Israel on  1st july killed more than 1,000 Iranians and damaged three of Iran’s nuclear facilities. Iran is a sovereign country. This attack, which undermines Iran’s independence, freedom, territorial integrity and security, has been condemned and condemned by the world. United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has expressed concern over the US airstrikes against Iran and called for maintaining peace and adhering to the UN Charter and international law.

Meanwhile, the BRICS summit in Brazil, which brought together 11 countries from the Global South, including China, India, and Brazil, and 10 partner countries, declared the Gaza Strip an “inalienable part of the occupied Palestinian territory” and called for a unified Palestinian state under the Palestinian Authority.

BRICS also called for the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza and all parts of the occupied Palestinian territory. It also called for the release of all hostages and detainees held in violation of international law.

In a joint declaration, the bloc reaffirmed its support for the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination and for an independent Palestinian state. The statement also supported full Palestinian membership in the United Nations.

BRICS member states have expressed “grave concern” over Israel’s continued military operations in Gaza and blockade of humanitarian aid, calling them weapons of war.

Strongly condemns the use of starvation to prevent food supplies. Brazilian President calls for a ceasefire… During the last presidential election campaign in the United States, Donald Trump had put forward the slogan of America not getting involved in wars anymore and making America great again (Make America Great Again – MAGA). This had created enthusiasm among the American citizens. But soon after Trump won the presidency for the second time and took office, The impact of the unprecedented, unreasonable and unjust tariff hike on imported goods and services in the name of reciprocity has begun to be felt around the world. The US government’s announcement of tariffs on April 2 has shown signs of impacting the economy, including a burden on consumers, a decrease in economic output and income inequality. The long-term impact of the tariffs is expected to increase costs for consumers, reduce consumption and negatively affect economic growth. Meanwhile, the BRICS summit has just concluded. Trump has once again announced a massive tariff hike, threatening the global economy.

The recent BRICS summit has condemned President Trump’s attack on Iran and Israel’s war, killing, and violence in the Palestinian territories. Similarly, the same summit has also condemned President Trump’s policy of imposing additional tariffs. Thus, America’s pro-war policy is being opposed not only from around the world but also in America itself. During the election, his ally, American billionaire Elon Musk, has started opposing Trump’s activities. Alleging that Trump’s recently issued The Big Beautiful Bill passed by Congress and increased the additional expenditure burden by $ 5 trillion, Elon Musk has now announced the launch of a new party called The American Party to provide freedom to American citizens. This has created a situation where Trump and his Republican Party will be challenged. Especially since Elon is a powerful wealthy person in America and has a good influence on his Republican Party, Trump has been challenged.

There has been opposition to Trump’s airstrikes on Iran, which he broke with a campaign promise. But Trump’s increased military aid to Ukraine, which he said was intended to further escalate the war against Russia, has also drawn criticism from NATO allies.

the directive to increase defense spending to 5 percent of gross domestic product to further expand the NATO alliance, and military assistance to Israel that has led to more wars, etc. President Trump is still eager to escalate wars and conflicts in the world. Not only this, he has announced high tariffs on more than a dozen countries, including China, creating an economic crisis and adversely affecting production, jobs, and supply chains.

At the NATO military alliance summit held in The Hague on June 25, NATO countries decided to allocate 5 percent of their GDP to military spending, as directed by US President Trump. However, these countries have pledged to provide 0.7 percent of Official Development Assistance to poor countries…

The liberation-seeking people of the world are struggling for democracy, freedom, and sovereignty. The wars and interventions waged by the imperialist United States have not succeeded. The world is currently moving towards multipolarization. The alliance for socio-economic development among the BRICS countries, as well as the peace, good governance, and socio-economic development campaigns promoted by socialist China through the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and the Shanghai Development Bank around the world, have all contributed to the development of the world. The world is moving forward in a new way in terms of economic and social development. In such a situation, the imperialist America has become economically weak. At this time, the United States has moved forward by operating a war economy, carrying a terrible debt of 360 trillion or 36 trillion dollars and the burden of poverty, unemployment and inequality, which is certain to cause it even more crisis.

Despite Nepal’s non-aligned foreign policy, its support for Ukraine against Russia, and the overwhelming majority of countries in the United Nations voting against Israel’s invasion of Palestine, it has adopted a policy of neutrality on the Israel-Palestine issue. This policy of the Nepal government supports US and Israeli influence.

At this time, there is a call from all over the world for international cooperation, solidarity and support for the Palestinian people. Therefore, the Government of Nepal should condemn the Israeli intervention and attack on Palestine and advocate for their right to live in their homeland. Therefore, the Government of Nepal should also pay attention to supporting the struggle of the Palestinian people and providing humanitarian assistance.

Progressive leftists, communist forces, human rights activists, trade unionists are internationalists. As internationalists, they are committed to maintaining peace in the world, ending all forms of war, murder, violence, and terror, and standing firmly with the peoples affected by war and providing cooperation and solidarity.
