14 June, Rajbiraj-Two girls of a single family who barged out of their home in a fit of anger a month ago have not yet returned.
Dukhi Khadka’s 13 – year – old daughter Paro and seven – year – old Saro Kumari of Bharadaha of Kankaalini Municipality – 1 stomped out of the home after a minor dispute, and since then they have not returned.
Paro, who was studying in Grade 9 at a local school failed to pass the annual examination and was scolded by the family members for her underperformance. After the dispute, the two girls rushed out of their home and ever since have not returned. This has spread panic and grief among the family members.
According to a source, the two girls had boarded a bus heading to Kakarbhitta from the Bharadaha intersection.
The family has appealed to the local administration, human rights activists, media, Nepal Government and the concerned organizations to help find the two girls.
